    Murry for sure!
  • Murray. He's actually under contract to play games.

  • Murray for me and I think he's climbing the RB draft board while Forte is falling a bit.

Forte is the better and more proven RB to me, entering his prime, but i know the Bears are not going to pay him (CHI fan) what he wants and he'll be slightly disgruntled next year, if he even plays.  In redraft for sure Murray, in dynasty I could see an argument for taking Forte first just depends on your tolerance for risk/reward of Murray and your confidence that Forte will play.
    2013 Predictions:
-Jay Cutler will not be a starting QB in the NFL after 2013
-Matt Forte will have the best season of his career in 2013
-Trent Richardson will exceed 18 total tds in 2013

More proven for sure but I think better is highly debatable.

    Spoke too soon:

Unsigned franchise player Matt Forte expressed optimism Friday with the
progress of contract talks with the Bears.

"Last year we were worlds apart, but it’s gotten better," said
Forte, who appeared Friday at the Madden 2013 Pigskin Pro-Am in Chicago. Further
details aren't known, but it's the first sign of optimism on Forte's part for
quite sometime. Forte skipped all of the Bears' spring practices while hoping
for a new deal. As of late May, Forte was "believed" to be seeking $8.5 million
    annually.
