Trading for T-Rich

    Is this too much to pay for a RB who has done nothing in the NFL, I love the potential but he is still a rookie and it kind of scares me.


    I give – Stewy, Cruz and Pead plus a 2013 2nd and 3rd round pick


    I get – T-Rich, Antonio Brown and Rashad Jennings


    10 team league, PPR and we start 2 RB, 3 WR and 1 RB/WR flex


    My current RB's are – Stewy, Fred Jackson, Pead, David Wilson, Vereen, Ridley, Bernard Scott and Dwyer


    WR's – Nicks, Cruz, Nate Washington, Randy Moss, Brian Quick, Sanu and AJ Jenkins

    10 Team, 30 keeper, non-ppr, start 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 2 RB/WR, 1 TE, 4 IDP QB – Russell Wilson, Sam Bradford, and Vick RB – Cj Spiller, David Wilson, Lamar Miller, Stewy, D-Will, WR – Fitz, Josh Gordon, TY Hilton, DAX, Vincent Brown and Joe Morgon TE – Gates and Pitta

    I wouldn't make the trade if I had Trent Richardson. Does Stewart, Cruz and Pead help his team this year over Richardson, Brown & Rashad? And I always look at 2nd & 3rd rounders as someone not commited to the trade. I look longer at offers that include a first.

    That's pretty close.  I'd probably do it.  You need a stud RB.

    He actually proposed Flynn, Stewart, Cruz and Pead for T-Rich, Antonio Brown and his 2nd but this is a 2 QB league and I only have Peyton, Sanchez and Flynn at QB so I can't afford to trade Flynn w/o getting a QB in return.  I am trying to get this done and keep Flynn at the same time.

    I know, who would have thought Matt Flynn is holding up a T-Rich Trade.  But that would leave me with Peyton and Sanchez at QB with no other starters on my roster.  I am trying to figure out what else I can include to get him to throw in Locker.

    Take the trade and get another QB in another trade.  Flynn isn't a starting-caliber NFL QB.

    Flynn hasn't won the starting job yet this year, and Russell Wilson will be the starter by next year.

    I am sure it is just a matter of time before Flynn wins that job.  But the delay in him being the #1 has to be a little concerning.

    Not sure I like that.  It leaves you starting Wayne and Brown at WR..........ouch!  TR is not worth destroying your depth imo.

    True my WR's would be very weak but I see Cruz and Brown as being almost a wash so then I am trading a injury prone top 5 WR for a potential stud RB for years to come.  I like the potential of Pead but who knows what he will become and Wayne should have 2-3 good years left so I give a slight edge to Pead. 


    I know the WR's would suck but how often do you have the chance to add the next #1 RB and what everybody is calling a can't miss.  I am really torn on this but think I would do this deal.
