Julio is gold in the 2nd, because he has 1st round upside. Julio is falling more and more each day, which is awesome. I hope it continues.

Julio will need more receptions to hit WR1 territory - and the more I look at it, the more I doubt he will get more work. The only relevant change the Falcons offense made was adding a pass catching RB...

A pass catching RB? I think they already had Quizz, I highly doubt Steven Jackson at his age will be catching a lot of swing passes out of the backfield over the much quicker Quizz. White and Gonzalez are a year older and Julio has another year under his belt with Ryan and in the offense. I bet just about anything if he is healthy his numbers go way up

Are you implying because White and Gonzales are a year older their effectiveness will go down and their receptions will decrease?
I really don't see that. White's style of play and skill set are very resilient to age. Gonzales has done nothing but produce no matter how old he's been, all of a sudden in his last chance at a superbowl shot he's going to get less receptions somehow? Because he's a year older? Come on.
Jackson may not be the back he once was, but he is sure as hell a better pass catcher than turner. Quizz is kind of irrelevant, my point is that the Falcons can actually pass to their back on early downs now. Regardless of age, I don't see how you can refute that the Falcon's will at least pass more to Jackson than to Turner.
The only legitimate chance Jones' receptions go up is if White's receptions go down. Whichever side of the fence you are on that subject should coincide with how confident you are in Jones producing a top three type of season.

White is and will continue to produce at a high level because his game is not being a speed demon that needs to get down the field. He is a medium to short route guy that runs crisp routes. Same as Reggie Wayne. I think many are going to be surprised just how many times they throw the ball to Jackson.

He will be 32 in November, if thats not aging in the NFL then what is? I think he will continue to produce for a few more years in fact I said he was great, but why wouldnt you want to get a young explosive player like Julio more involved?
andr3wl said:Wayne is 34, no reason why white can't continue to produce.
I really forgot the reason I posted. What's the topic juilo vs cjunk?
I don't see Julio's receptions going up until at least gonzo retires. I think they could go down with Sjax there because like I said I think many will be surprised how much they will swing it out to him. There are already reports saying that's the case.

And I expect a subtle decline from White too, although not enough to get Julio to 1,500/15 this year. I think Julio is a bigger talent than Dez and AJ, but he's going to trail them in targets. Perhaps significantly.
