Trader Joe's Cheddar Bacon Cheese

    WHOA!!!!!!!!!!  If you live near a Trader Joe's swing by and pick up this new cheese.  They just got it in and it is amazing!  It is a soft cheddar cheese with bacon bits!!!!!!!  It has a wonderful smokey flavor and it has a softer texture than other cheddar cheeses.

    I'll share a recipe that I think would work really well with this cheese.

    1 16 ounce Sour Cream
    1 cup of this cheese shredded
    1 packet Ranch dressing mix

    Combine the above in a bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes.  Serve.

    Add beer to mix with dry ranch.. Eat with pretzels.. Amazing

    The frozen orange chicken from trader joes is something you have to try too! Crunchy crispy bits of chicken that comes with a duck sauce packet on the side. If you love General tso you'll love this!
    My league is a non PPR 12 person league having a roster of 19 players each. Active roster includes 1Qb 2Rb's 3Wr's 1Te 1K 1Def. Two weeks before draft we cut the roster down to 9 keepers. My team as of now:

    That orange chicken is awesome. The best is baking it 20-25 minutes and cripsy chicken!!
