I thought my team was amazing, but now I need serious help...

I'm in a 16 team PPR league and after a couple of early season trades I thought my team was GOLD (especially in a 16 team league) but after last night's lost I am now 2-4 and getting really worried…
What can I do to turn this team around?
QB: Russell Wilson, Geno Smith, Josh Freeman*
RB: LeSean McCoy, CJ Spiller, Darren McFadden, Shane Vereen, Christine Michael
There are no starting QBs available on waivers (16 teams) so I have Geno and Josh to cover Wilson's bye. Obviously I only need one I can probably trade one of them for at least a little value with no QBs on the waivers…
Bold PPR Predictions (7/17/13):
[ ] Russell Wilson is the #1 QB.
[ ] Chris Johnson is a Top 5 RB.
[ ] Darren Sproles is a Top 10 RB.
[ ] RG3 is not a Top 10 QB.
[ ] EJ Manuel is a Top 10 QB. (added 8/4/13) [ ] Percy Harvin is a Top 5 WR.

Put Spiller, DMac, Hopkins and cook on the block. Try to get 1 more WR a Cruz type guy who can help you with your WR3 spot. I sense you are 2-4 due to a bit of bad luck as well, so don't completely freak out.

I wouldn't completely freak out. I think TE is killing you. Cook is a bust after his big week 1.
I'd try and grab Heath Miller of waivers if he is still there. Drop Christine Michael....he is useless in redraft.

MrMarbles - Yeah, kept hoping for Cook to step back up after his monster week 1 but it just doesn't look like it's going to happen. The reason I'm hanging on to Christine Michael is it's a keeper league so I can keep him next year in the 11th round (and in the 9th round the following season).
fontaines - I'll definitely put those guys on the block and see if anyone bites. Been mostly rotating out McFadden and Hopkins in my Flex spot but neither one of them has done much for me. And Spiller has shown that maybe he's not a lock for my RB2 after all.
Should I entertain moving LeSean McCoy or hold him for good? The guy with Bryce won't move him because of his keeper value if McCoy goes down and I can't see McCoy's value being any higher than it is right now...

OK, I read the thread title and it was under redraft so I said drop him. I too was holding out hope on Cook. But I think I'd rather consistent production out of Miller
