Walking Dead mid season finale

Wow! The last 30 min of that episode was some of the best television I've seen. Why do they make us wait 2 months for it to pick back up?!?!

Hotter in real life than on the show!

I am utterly content with that as a mid season finale. Honestly that was better than any of the season finales of the show so far. Excellent first half of the season. My order of favorite seasons

Both times he 'died' the camera cut away (when he got stabbed through the heart and then when she shot him). They are probably just leaving their options open as writers, but while I wouldn't be surprised to see him again, I think it's time the show moves on. Who will the new bad guy be?

Also, the tank guy/ army vet got cross owed and fell down, but we didn't see him definitively die either.

Rating of finale-epic

Favorite part was watching Hershel smile at Rick right before he got the chop. You can tell he was proud of the man Rick had become and you got to think that smile was for a sense of pride that he had an influence on that. Great moment.

Yes, excellent episode. Finally a sense of satisfaction as the governor goes down... To me it is what the show has been lacking... A moment of release where something that has to give finally gives... (Catharsis for anyone who ever took a drama class).

Was there blood in the baby carrier? Little Ass Kicker got eaten? Carol's kids shooting down invaders, zombie biting Lily's kid... Crazy crazy crazy!!

On talking dead the writer implied that the group is now split all over the place....

Also wonder if any of the survivors from the Governors group go on to play a major role?

Seems like they should have set a meeting point if they had to evacuate.

I was thinking if the govener didnt get shot, he would have gotten eaten by the on coming walkers...I thought Little ASS Kicker was on the bus, I thought Maggie's sister handed her off...maybe I am wrong

I'd say there is an 80% chance both Beth and little ass kicked are on the bus, 20% they are alone. what's interesting to me is they probably thought for weeks about how they were gonna split this up. Because at minimum, the rest of the season is going to be spent in these groups:

Bob, Sasha, and Maggie

Carl and Rick

We have no idea who Daryl is with. Same goes for michonne. And to my knowledge there were 2 survivors from the gov's camp, the gov's lady and her daughter..so idk what will happen to them

Tyrese and the two girls...now that I think about it, they are carol's girls..wow that is pretty significant.

Glen and a bus full of random unimportant characters...wouldn't be surprised if glen and the bus was found by one of the groups.

Tyrese never found out about Carol, but I suspect the older girl actually killed the 2 sick people and not Carol. Seems like Rick, Carl, Michonne, Daryl and Tyrese should have all been able to see one another after they got past the prison walls.

I think they were sisters. Pony tails and the Gov's girl.

Insane episode, wish we didn't have to wait until February now though. glad that the group will be out of the prison though and see everyone on the move again

Wow that angle never occured to me, but it makes sense now. Very ironic that Carol is the cause of Karen's death and cause of saving Tyrese through the girls saving him. I think Daryl goes after Carol. They have a bond.

Wasn't that girl quoted earlier in the season talking about the walkers being people too? Idk, I'm just trying to piece together if she has mental disconnect to be able to do that thing to that rat...who do we think did that?

Yeah, but that was before Carol teaching her to be strong right? Wouldn't surprise me if Carol let Rick think it was her that killed them instead of the girl. Not saying it's likely, it's just a clever wrinkle that I never thought of til now
