At 6:am Shanahan tomorrow morning will be getting the word to pack his bags and at 3:00pm there will be a press meeting to official notify everyone about it.

And Coughlin is not getting fired! He'll be walking away on his on when that day comes Bill Cower will take over when he does!

Please let it be Shanny, for Gary's sake

    Pile on the Shanny train
    Bold Predictions:
June 21- Dez Bryant finishes as the #1 WR in 2013.

Too much going down in DC for Shanny to stay.  He is next.

I'd move on from Frazier as well.

One guy not on the hot seat but I would fire is Jim Schwartz.  There is a ton of talent there but too many bone headed decisions made and a lack of discipline.  The fumbles are inexcusable.

    Shanny:

The Washington Post reports owner Dan Snyder is exploring firing Mike Shanahan "with cause," which would take the Redskins off the hook for what's left on Shanahan's contract.

"Several people with knowledge" of the situation tell the Post it's "likely" Shanahan will be dismissed, whether it's "with cause" or without. Shanahan's contract runs through 2014 and would pay him $7 million in the entirely-unlikely event he were retained. Snyder is considering attempting to take himself off the hook for that money; coaches' contracts in the NFL are guaranteed. If Snyder indeed pursues firing Shanahan "with cause," the Redskins could contend an ESPN report that surfaced Sunday was leaked by Shanahan. The report stated that Shanahan cleaned out his office and nearly walked out on the Redskins last January, only to change his mind after Robert Griffin III's knee injury. Shanahan and Snyder are not on good terms, and haven't been for longer than a year.

Frazier, shanny, mike smith, schwartz, munchak, rex, garret, are all on the hot seat imo.

I think frazier shannahan munchak and rex and smith are gone after the season. Everyone else would be conditional on how the team plays.

Mike smith is not on the hot seat. If he got fired that would be ridiculous. Rex shouldn't be fired either. They are sporting the #1 run defense and an offense that just doesn't have many weapons..but things are a lot better in NYJ than they were

Not saying it means a lot but a gut feeling. Arthur blank was on the sidelines yesterday and looked pissed. Not to mention that awful record in the post season that I dont even need to mention. A long with their inconsistency making it there. I dont see how rex is not on the hot seat. His team has been in this situation the last three years a long with a new gm already in place.

I think Jason Garrett may be on his way out after the season. Jerry isn't exactly a patient owner/gm. Especially considering he's a WR lover and his stud WR isn't getting the ball.
    2013 predictions

    -Cobb outscores Harvin in PPR
-Chris Ivory will be a top 15RB
-Kenny Britt finishes outside the top 20WRs

Coughlin similar to Cowher like Swampies said. Shanny and Frazier gone for sure. Munchak on hot seat. Jerry can't back Garrett forever. He obviously can't look like the Romo mega deal was a mistake so I'm guessing Garret's gone if they miss the playoffs. I could see Mike Smith getting axed since ATL looks like they're gonna need to rebuild, but it's def not his fault that team sucks.
I'll throw in Marvin Lewis and maybe Joe Philbin cause of the Incognito thing.
Has everyone forgot about Schiano since his team won a few games? He's still getting axed unless they win out in my opinion.
    12 team redraft non-ppr.
    QB-Rodgers, McCown, Cutler
    RB-Lacy, Vereen, Ridley, Starks, Gerhart
    WR-Calvin, Jordy, Gordon, Cooper
    TE-Graham
    K-Vinatieri

Wondering why you say Marvin Lewis? The Bengals are well on their way to winning their division. A playoff win would definitely help.

I think Mike Smith is safe. This is his 1st losing season in ATL, and they've been riddled with injuries. They have other issues of course, but I think he gets a chance to turn it around.

You're right branch, I'm just used to putting Marvin Lewis on the hot seat every year. He's prob done enough to keep his job. To me he's just a career .500 coach who prob should have been let go years ago.

well owners also look at a coach like Bill B in NE that has dealt with the same problems with injuries and arrests but still are able to keep the ship on course with a winning record by. Which makes Bill B a #1 candidate for coach of the year. Mike Smith and others coaches needs to answer why he or they could not do the same!
