Arian Foster is a bad man

Arian Foster tried to strong arm a woman into aborting their unborn child ... and even got his brother to apply some pro-abortion pressure, this according to a lawsuit filed by the woman who claims she's carrying the NFL star's kid.

TMZ Sports has obtained legal docs, filed in Texas, in which a woman named Brittany claims the Houston Texans running back knocked her up several months ago. FYI -- Foster is married to another woman.

In her lawsuit, the woman -- who says she's currently 17 weeks pregnant -- alleges that after she found out she was with child, Arian "constantly harassed [her] to get an abortion for the child."

Brittany also claims Arian "used family members to additionally harass [her] to get an abortion."

In her suit, Brittany claims Arian's brother approached her and told her, "If you love [Arian] so much you would get an abortion."

Brittany claims the child is due in June -- and she has already obtained a DNA test showing there's a 99.9% probability that Arian is her baby daddy.

The woman is going after Arian for child support and a restraining order to force him to stop applying abortion pressure. She also wants damages for emotional distress.

We reached out to Arian and his reps for comment -- so far, no word back from anyone.

In my opinion, he's done in Houston. Look for the Texans to grab a RB in the draft. RB's in Houston have been really good the last couple of years so look for that RB to be fantasy relevant

He has a bunch of guaranteed money left on his contract. He isn't going anywhere. I'm glad I'm not rich I'd couldn't pass on that either.

As a Foster Dynasty owner, I must say this is good news to me. I read the majority of the guaranteed money is over the first 3 years of contract. They could cut him in 2015/16 if he's not worth the money.

Gold digger got you Arian right where she wants you. You gotta try to think with both heads at once.

    Lol.

Haha this may seem rude, and I didn't read the whole thing..but...why should this affect his football playing? That ho looks crazy, and if you sue for 'emotional distress' you are just going after money...people deal with emotional distress every day and suck it up...it's just different this time because it happens to be a rich guy that you can blame it on. I guess I could see the nfl sticking their nose in this, but I don't believe it should be anyone's business except Arians and that woman's and now I guess the courts...but regardless it's a personal matter

What did I just read?? Emurrell, its an off topic post so it doesn't have to be football related.

Girl looks like a porn star. I never liked TMZ and think they're smut. But I will say this, I can't blame Foster for shooting his DNA in this woman, I would too.

The guys above are talking about him getting released by his team for this? So that makes it football related

But yes my rant did stray from the intended path haha. I'm just so sick of women getting with these players and then saying how much it upset them and that crap when everyone knows that was their intention all along.

If true this is truly sickening.  I wouldn't want this guy on my team.  We must all side in the corner of those who protect the innocent unborn.

Arian probably ruined her for the likes of us...   LOL!!!  ;)

That said, I am certain that the NFLPA or whomever goes out of their way in rookie symposiums and such to warn players about this type of thing....   He got her pregnant, she's gonna get her child support payments.   She got what she came for (Pun sorta intended... LOL!!  )...   ;)

First off, yet ANOTHER example of how professional athletes should not get married.

Second, there are very professional and discreet women who are well known in the athlete world who guys can get their flings with and not have to worry about this stuff.  Poor judgement on Foster to do it with a hood rat, and not use a condom.  I still don't understand what these guys are thinking half the time.

Clearly this woman wants the baby and will not abort it.  this kid is 18 years of 40K/mo child support payments.  Did Foster really think he could convince her to abort it?

I like the top picture of the girl pregnant in her clubbing outfit.  That about says it all there.  Foster isn't going to win this one.

About his job, it shouldn't have any affect on things.  I don't see anything criminal here.  No way the Texans will cut him....half their team is probably in the same situation.

Finally, remember that article he wrote on yahoo about how to be a good dad?  we posted it here.  That's a bit ironic right now lol

The two players can literally field a starting lineup for the NFL today with the number of offspring they have. If I was their agent, I'd introduce them to a device called the condom.

New coach bill o brien is all about business. I am sure he's going to bust Arian's balls for this. The guy demanded that every players' accomplishments be removed above their name in the locker room. Also if you don't believe me, go check out Bill screaming at Tom Brady on YouTube

Arian Foster melts down in front of his house:

    UPDATE:

We spoke with Brittany who tells us she WAS in talks to star in a reality show, but never signed any contracts ... and she insists the show was NEVER supposed to be about being pregnant with Arian's child.

Brittany says the show is supposed to be about hot moms with hot daughters -- and she would star in the show with her mother.

Wow, that was crazy footage of Arian outside of his house. In today's world, with video, phones, media, twitter, I don't know why any of these athletes even walk outside of the gym or stadium let alone get themselves into situations where everything can get exposed to the world with the snap of a finger.

Yea, that's what tarnished Michael Phelp's reputation.
