    Good or bad for Maclin?

    Did owners want to see him on another team, or with the Eagles?

    Good for Maclin imo
    My 2013 Predictions:
    [:(] C.J. Spiller Will Be The #1RB(Jan 9th)
    [XXX] Demaryius Thomas will be the #1 scoring WR!(Feb 13th)
    [XXX] Trent Richardson will NOT finish as a Top 10 RB!(June 4th)
    [:(] Rob Housler will be a Top 5 TE in 2013!(July 18th)
    [XXX] Josh Gordon will put up a 80/1200/10 stat line in just 14 Games!(Sept 5th)

    With Cooper progressing last season I think this hurts Maclin's fantasy value.

    Hurts both maclin and cooper ff value, helps the eagles real team wise....

    I own both players on diffrent teams i wanted maclin to go elsewhere

    Eagles will run 3 wr sets & Cooper has more value as he can block in the run game.

    Cooper & Foles connect well - I could see Cooper have 1000/10td's

    For Maclin I think he could have got way more in free agency. He will get his #'s too. Avant is loser in that deal.

    I thought Maclin wanted the 1yr deal to prove to teams he was worth a multi year deal like Riley got. At the very least, Maclin is gonna be highly motivated

    True. Never had a 1000yd season and injury prone. Only 25 though and healthy right now. If Desean and Riley can both have career years under Kelly, it's possible Maclin could as well. I still think he's a more talented WR than Riley. If you can buy him cheap enough I think he has WR3 upside. Which isn't a whole lot lol

    What about DJax? Nobody has really mentioned him in all of this. Does anyone think this hurts him going forward. Does he go back to a 65/1000 kind of WR?

    Bad move on Maclin's part, the guy has no 1000 yard seasons, is coming off an ACL injury, and has had a tough time staying on the field even if you add it all up to unlikely injuries/when he was sick, etc.

    While no one can be sure yet, I think Cooper getting 835 yards off just 47 receptions and getting 8TDs, that's big. I love Cooper and think he is a strong WR2 for the Eagles and a fantastic fantasy WR3 (sleeper in fact) given he plays on one of the best fantasy offenses in the game. Cooper all the way. Maclin is coming off the ACL injury and brings nothing resume wise to the table given how many years he has played. 

    Now, all that said, does the Maclin side/supporters have an argument? Sure. But I take Cooper 10 times out of 10. Foles should make both he and DeSean 1000 yard receivers with 7-10 scores each.
