WeekEnd_Warriors said:get some Revenge liquid bait. use the small pads that come with it and keep re-filling letting them eat. You have to let them keep coming and getting the bait for a couple days. If you leave the lights off they will pile on and swarm the bait. Some will feed for a bit but the majority of them will keep bringing the bait back to feed the queen and the colony. This will take them all out over a relatively short period of time. 1 week of baiting or so should do it.
I have been through it a couple of times at my place. Every couple of years I get some trying to establish a nest. Around an old sink makes sense since they will tend to look for wet damaged wood if they are going to try and nest. They prefer not to work too hard chewing through good wood so they stick to softer and old/damaged/weak wood.

Trust me I've considered it. It's just a trailer I bought when i was 19, but a decent one. Were planning on buying a house but decided to wait until after we get married next year. Sometimes I wish we didn't wait lol

Intrest rates are stupid low right now, it almost criminal. Forking out money for the right house is easier said than done though. I thought I read yesterday it was like 2.8% that is insane. I thought I was lucky at 3.5%
