    (Rotoworld) Arizona RB Ka'Deem Carey managed forty times of 4.68 and 4.69 at the Wildcats' Pro Day. Analysis: He had a 35-inch vertical and 9-foot-8 broad jump. Carey ran 4.7-flat at the Combine. It's been a disappointing pre-draft process for Carey, who simply does not have blazing long speed. He's shaping up as a third-day prospect.

    This rb class is getting worse and worse as time goes on
    My 2013 Predictions:
    [:(] C.J. Spiller Will Be The #1RB(Jan 9th)
    [XXX] Demaryius Thomas will be the #1 scoring WR!(Feb 13th)
    [XXX] Trent Richardson will NOT finish as a Top 10 RB!(June 4th)
    [:(] Rob Housler will be a Top 5 TE in 2013!(July 18th)
    [XXX] Josh Gordon will put up a 80/1200/10 stat line in just 14 Games!(Sept 5th)

    Definitely...The right situation and you can have a very productive RB. No elite guys like Watkins though...or even Evans. No sure thing prospects.

    been saying for a while, I didn't like his tape, this just shows me why, no speed
    QB: Brady, Kaepernick
    RB: McCoy, Miller, Stacy,F. Jackson, Lattimore, R. Jennings, Gerhart, L. Murray
    WR: Cruz, Blackmon, Gordon, Jeffery
    TE: J. Thomas

    Will have to drop to 12 before draft

    Nope, I actually loved last years class. Me and hamiez were all over Gio too.. This years class just doesn't have the stud talent..

    Sure one of the average rbs will land in a good spot and put up ok numbers but that's it.. You go ahead and draft on situation and I'll draft on talent

    Ooops.... didn't see this thread and posted in the Top 10 Rookie thread....... Anyway, this is somewhat disappointing news for me as I had high expectations for this kid. Landing spot was still a big condition but he obviously hasn't helped himself out.

    Yeah, I actually had him as my 3rd ranked rookie RB this year but sadly, that will be changing.

    When I  watch Carey I see consistency and talent. I love his game tapes. He is a very strong runner for his size and shifty with nice lateral movement. His game speed looks good to me. I have the 1.07 and would love to land him there. I think Seastrunk is special too. I am excited about those two guys.

    These 40 times are rough...very rough guidelines. To me he looks like he has plenty of game speed. The NFL is not a straight line 40 yard dash. Nor is it a bench press endurance test (the most ridiculous measurement in the combine). 

    Agreed next year's running back class is far superior but Seastrunk and Carey are terrific talents to me. I also like Devonta Freeman from FSU.

    But that is why we play this game. One guy can look at footage and see something totally different than another guy. We'll find out but Carey is a guy I would draft based on talent over situation because I think he can overcome the situation if it is poor.

    calling out one guy doesn't tell me you liked the class. I was all over Ball last year, doesn't mean I like the entire group.

    Still saying I think Tre Mason will be a stud... And between Hyde, Hill, Seastrunk, Carey, Sankey, etc...?

    I think this RB class is just fine...
    NON-PPR, 6pt TD Pass, Return Yards Count, Start 1-3 RBs
    QB - Brees, RG III, Cousins
    RB - Charles, L Bell, Z Stacy
    WR - Marshall, J Nelson, Randle, R Cooper, Hopkins, Harvin, D Rogers, G Whalen
