There is risk that you will be right and something devastating happens, but Ball's higher ceiling makes it a risk worth taking. Plus, this is dynasty. I hear year, you make a great point, Murray looks safer at a glance, no question. I fear Murray staying healthy. He has just one year proven, and a year prior where we waited on him. He might shake the injury tag, I'm not suggesting that won't end up being the case, but I feel Ball and Murray both have risks.

Who says Ball has a higher ceiling? When he was able to get on the field, he fumbled most of his opportunities away. Even if he could pass block and hang on to the football, Ball lacks lateral agility, quickness and overall athletic explosion to be a top 20 NFL RB.
Let's assume some we're in some fairy tale world in which everything I said about Ball was inaccurate and his ceiling was/is very high...what is Ball's floor? Second string RB in Denver behind CJ Anderson? In a pass first offense, no less. And what is Murray's floor? His 2012 campaign? I'll gladly take my chances with 10 games @ 13.5 per as the floor. It'd have to be a top 2 rookie pick with Ball to get Murray from me.
