News Wire Update: This week
  • SmittySmitty June 7

It's looking like Wednesday, or maybe later this week, will be the day the Breaking News Wire launches.

Once this occurs, you will be viewing it on Fantasy Football Starters.com, but I'll link to it on the forum here up above where the "home | ranks | projections" links are... also on the top Navigation here on DC, that "News" button will link to it. It will be easy to find...

I will let you all know when you will be able to access the Fantasy Football Starters content, so hang tight. It shouldn't be very long after that... It may take a few days or so, but the News and all the DraftCalc content will remain viewable well into the transition.

So, just hang tight and wait for my next update on "Viewing Fantasy Football Starters content" for all you that bought a DraftCalc Sub prior to 5/31/14... It's going to take a bit to get that all wired up. But again, UNTIL THEN, DraftCalc content and the FFStarters News Wire will be accessible while you wait!!!!

    1/1/14-5/31/14 DraftCalc subscribers.

When I purchased my sub in February, it said FEB-AUG Subscription.  Is this different than the 1/1/14-5/31/14 subs?

I can see why that sounds confusing.

No, what I meant was, anyone that bought before 5/31 (you bought before) gets full access all year long! So, nice work! Originally, DC was only FEB-AUG... and then when DC was acquired, we put a cutoff of 5/31 on DC Subscriptions... now all Subscriptions go through FFStarters, which is only $19.95 (limited time). So anyone that missed the 5/31 cutoff to get a DC Subscription (which gave you free year long access to FFStarters), those folks can still subscribe over at FFStarters for just 19.95 for the year.

So how much do you think the subscription is going to run over there next year? I know it is a while away, but I like to plan ahead if I can

You mean in 2015? Not sure, I imagine near the same for early birds, around 20 bucks. Can't say things won't change, but any DraftCalc Subscribers this year (purchases ended 5/31/14) get free FFStarters access.
