Glad you """ moved him in the #4 spot up! :)
My league is a non PPR 12 person league having a roster of 19 players each. Active roster includes 1Qb 2Rb's 3Wr's 1Te 1K 1Def. Two weeks before draft we cut the roster down to 9 keepers. My team as of now:
QB Nick Foles, Russell Wilson, Josh McCown
RB Lamar Miller, Shane Vereen, Zac Stacy, Cierre Wood
WR AJ Green, Julio Jones, Josh Gordon, Rueben Randle, Kenny Stills
TE Z Ertz, M. Bennett, Delanie Walker
    DEF Kansas City, Cleveland
    K Steven Hauschka

Starks should in the #10 spot IMO.

Dujuan Harris was slated to start over Starks last year before the injury.

true but if Harris can't get on the field this year and is unable to be productive I don't see GB having any reason on keeping him since he'll be a FA in 2015.

Knile Davis should be higher in my opinion. I would have him 2 with your current #2 at 1.
    2014 Bold Predictions (PPR):
    1. Alfred Morris will be a top 5 RB (4/21/14)
    2. Jeremy Hill will be the #1 rookie RB (6/01/14)

#14 on the list just went in the 13th round in my current startup. If you're owning the injury prone starter (as I am), his handcuff is going earlier than I was ready for.

Smitty- what are your thoughts about Chris Polk in PHILLY? I read a lot about Sproles having a fixed role and Polk may be the guy to get the call should McCoy have health issues.

I own him and Sproles in larger leagues where I own McCoy... only in larger leagues. I think Polk could do well if called upon, but it sounds like Kelly is viewing Sproles more as a RB than a WR, which won't limited his receptions in a a Chip Kelly offense, but it paints a picture that he is the back up RB and not the 'slash' type player should McCoy go down. Anything can happen, though, which is why I cuff both in the bigger leagues.
