well last year Kerrigan was the #5 scoring DE in my dynasty leauge - it appears that Washington is moving him to LB any thoughts on this?

Last year the Skins ran a base 3-4 with Kerrigan as an OLB opposite Orakpo. So you probably just got lucky last year that your league site had him listed as a DE and didn't change him to LB.

if he stays a listed DE and plays OLB .. i would be all over him..but if he gets listed a LB that drops is value somewhat..

Kerrigan was listed as a LB in an experts league I was in, he had LB4 value and that should increase with a year under his belt.

Lucky for you, Kerrigan was listed as a DE. I'd take him again if he's listed as a DE!
