  Made my first big trade of this young fantasy season, PPR keeper and auction league.
  
  I get:
  Forte
  3rd round rookie pick
  
  I traded:
  2013 2.2 rookie pick
  2015 1st round rookie pick
  Robert Turbin (he has Lynch)
  
  There really isn't any available RBs on the open market, just Alfred Morris and Cj2k among the top 15. Foster most likely will be a free agent but to have 10 teams bidding over 3 guys - ummm, yikes I didn't want to overpay. Now I have my top 10 RB at $40 which means even with a huge year I can still afford to keep him for an additional year. My biggest thing is I didn't have to trade my 1.1 or 1.3 pick to acquire my stud RB. The other guy traded him because he already has lynch and trich so Forte at his salary wouldn't have been kept so he certainly got some great value back. I wasn't going to keep Turbin so in my book I really only traded a 2.2 and 2015 1st for forte and a 3rd (I'm thinking ill take Latavius Murray or Kelce at that pick). I've been reading the current Bears HC was responsible for getting Charlie Garner 72 and 90 catches (!!?!) the 2 years he was the Raiders OC. And that bears management didn't like how Lovie underutilized Forte so I'm really projecting excellent PPR numbers.

  Not even close imo.  I wish I could get Forte that cheap.  Did you use force or coercion to get him to make this deal?  Either way nice trade for you.  Good work!

  Thank you guys. I'm not afraid about the 2015 pick, I also don't have a 2014 pick. Coming into 2012 I didn't have any 2013 picks and now I did moves over the course of the year to get 1.1 and 1.3. I'm quick to have a fire sale if I feel by week 8 I don't have a competitive squad so I'm very confident ill pick up a first (or 2) for the next 2 seasons. I'm not afraid to finish in last - I don't want to finish 7th, 6th or 5th and get nothing. If I can't perform then ill pull the trigger on trading studs this year for picks next year.
  
  I can't believe I didn't have to touch either of my 2 firsts. I really wanted Christine Michael or lattimore and I felt I'd be able to snag either with the 2.2 but those guys are for next year, I still have to try to win this year so Forte is gonna be more valuable than either in 2013.

  I'm so psyched. Gonna take bell at 1.1 so Bell/Forte should be a great 1-2 combo.
