ESPN is reporting that Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon is facing a season-long suspension after yet another failed drug test (months ago).
Smitty’s Take: The failed test is said to be for marijuana. If true/confirmed, this is devastating for Gordon fantasy owners. According to the report, Gordon had this to say when reached by phone: “That’s something you’re going to have to talk to [agent] Drew Rosenhaus about. I really don’t know anything about it.” Rosenhaus reportedly declined to comment on the matter, but did say that the report was “not true.” My advice to all the dynasty Gordon owners out there, and I am one of them, is not to react too quickly to low-ball offers that are sure to head your way. Even when/if this report is confirmed, Gordon still has a grip of value in dynasty, and selling him off in dynasty at garbage-type levels just makes no sense. Stay tuned, and comment below!
