Let’s get to it!
Week 14: Starts of the Week
Elite Plays of the Week
Trent Richardson (vs. KC) – The Chiefs are 26th against the run this season, and this game is in Cleveland – these are all good things for T-Rich. I envision a close game, which should result in a lot of running on Cleveland’s side of the football. I wouldn’t be shocked if this was Trent Richardson’s monster breakout party, one that will cause a grip a late-season dynasty controversy, where fantasy owners once again start seeing Richardson as a player with as much future promise as Doug Martin. If you like Richardson, believe in Richardson, and want to own Richardson, well, dynasty league owners everywhere, go get him now before it’s too late! That’s if your dynasty league still allows for trading… Week 14 projections for Richardson: 140 rushing yards and 2TDs, with 3-4 receptions for 30-40 yards.
Alfred Morris (vs. NO) – The Redskins have two amazing Rookie-Of-The-Year candidates in both Robert Griffin III and Alfred Morris. Both have bright futures in this league, and both should explode in Week 14. I have RG3 pegged for at least 250 passing, with 2TDs through the air, 1 additional running score, and I think 40-50 rushing yards sounds about right. As for Morris, he has seen 20, 24 and 22 carries over the last three weeks… I think 22, his average during that span, is a good starting point, and at his usual 4.8 yards-per-carry, Morris should be a good bet for 105 rushing, and that’s conservative against a very banged up Ravens defense, which currently ranks 23rd against the run. Now, this match-up screams at least 1TD, and while Morris is usually quiet in the passing game, I think 2 receptions for about 15-20 yards is in the cards.
Don’t Bench ‘Em
Bryce Brown (@TB) – Yes, Tampa Bay is No. 1 against the run, but Bryce Brown is a whole bunch of special, and fumbling issues aside, there is really only one thing I can think of that can stop this Arian Foster-like runner this week — a carry shortage. His fumbling needs to stop, bottom line, as another big drop could cause PHI to pull back on their “Bryce Brown Show” plans… but you have to think that the Eagles are going to continue kicking the tires when it comes to Brown (from Weeks 14-16)… Could LeSean McCoy return this year? Sure, but after suffering a severe concussion, missing Week 13 because he was only at stage 1 of the concussion recovery process, there is a strong chance that the Eagles shutdown McCoy for the season. For starters, Philly has nothing to play for, and they will most likely play it safe with McCoy given that fact… they have 3 wins and a running back in Brown that they can showcase to trade (or test drive for other reasons, like a potential trade involving McCoy?)… Even with Philly being pretty good at losing games in the 4th quarter, I expect this game to be close, which means a whole bunch of touches for Brown in Week 14, which should, even against this defense, at least spell 100 total yards and a score. Brown is so fast and quick, he could break off a 50+ run at any given moment – Don’t sit him this week unless your options are great. Need advice? Jump on our DraftCalc Forums and get some!

JR, I think there might be an error with Stafford’s projections. You have him with zero TDs and Megatron with 2 TDs.
Yep…typo. Its supposed to be 300/3. Thanks for the heads up CARramrod.
Why is Trent an “Elite” start with a projection of 140 yds & 2 TDs at the top of the link and then number 8 in the rankings with 100 yds and 1 TD? Which is it?
That is because 2 different people are doing the write ups and projections. Im not quite as high as Smitty on Trent this week but I do agree with him that he could have that ceiling and has that kind of upside. My projection is not based on upside but rather a realistic projection based on what he and his offense has been doing recently. Hope that clears that up for you.
Where is Ahmad Bradshaw?
He’s outside my top 20, sorry not a fan. Too inconsistent for me to rank week to week. 3 of the last 5 weeks in non-ppr hes scored in the single digits. If I had to project for him I would say about 90 yards in a game that will be a QB shoot out with the Saints.
thinking about doing something stupid this week and possibly starting moreno v. oakland, i have to start two out of moreno, spiller, ridley and charles, so obviously, even thinking of playing moreno is crazy talk. what to do, what to do…i’m hoping someone can smack me out of this…1st round of playoffs this week…possible g- wizz for the winner…50 for 6th. so yeah , a big difference…little help, gents
Id be starting Spiller and Charles McLovin. GL
im thinking about benching aaron rodgers. he has been awful the past few weeks and i could get schaub or dalton. should i bench him??
Id stick with Rodgers man. I made a similar mistake 2 weeks ago and it cost me a spot in the playoffs in that league. GL.
Thanks for your help all season. I have made my playoffs. I have just a couple things I could use some advice for.
Here’s my line up right now:
QB: Andrew Luck
RB: Arian Foster, Bryce Brown
WR: AJ Green, Roddy White, Dez Bryant
TE: Martellus Bennett
K: Matt Bryant
DEF: Denver Broncos
Bench: Andy Dalton, Bilal Powell, DeAngelo Williams, Josh Gordon, Pierre Garcon, Kyle Rudolph
Should I start Luck over Dalton been guessing wrong for weeks, Rudolph over Bennett Ditto above statement?
Should I try yo pick up Forsett or Tate in case they sit Foster?
Thanks for your help look forward to your input.
Id start Luck and Rudolph. Id probably pick those guys up as well if you have a couple of guys you dont need. GL.
Struggling on deciding on either K. Britt or K. Rudolph in flex spot. Any opinions? Thx
think Britt has more upside! and a good match this week!
Please pick 2 RBs and 1TE from following:
Ridley, Forte, Turner, Leshoure
Owen Daniels, Brandon Myers
Thanks for your help.
Hey Raj
I like forte/ridley and myers
Made it to the playoffs after trading for Cam Newton. Now just a few questions.
Need 1 from each.
Flex: D. Murray or K. Moreno
WR2: M. Wallace, TY Hilton, B. Hartline
TE: M. Bennet (Safe bet? H. Miller is on waivers)
Definitely leaning Murray but Moreno has a nice matchup. The Steeler’s QB situation has me leaning away from Wallace and figure even with Ben back it could be a week or two before they find rhythm.
Thanks for the help, love the site, just bummed I can’t tell my friends about it!
hello mike, i like murray/ wallce(if Ben plays) then hilton
and bennett
Hey Guys. Quick question.
Pick 3 WR’s
Andre Johnson, Eric Decker, Demaryius Thomas, Josh Gordon.
Gordon has been hot lately and Decker has cooled, although Decker has a great match up in Oakland.
Thoughts?
welcome scott, AJ/Thomas/ gordon GL
Love you guys you are the true gurus. Should I start McFadden tonight or M. Reece or J. Rodgers? Thx
i got to choose between C Shorts, Jacoby Jones, L Moore, C Givens, who should i put up?
panderson i would go givens short is out.
Hey guys. This is my 3rd time around for advice, and you guys came through every time. My team
QB P.Manning
WR. Dez Bryant
WR Hakeem Nicks
Rb T. Rich
RB A. Morris
TE. B. Pettigrew
Flex P. Garcone
Bn J. Rodgers, D. Alexander, C. Shorts, R. Matthews, M. Bennet.
I Have an issue with Nicks being injured with his Game start time. Should I start any of these guys over him, or try to Pickup Golden Tate(4:25) or Pick up T.Y Hilton and just bench Nicks? Appreciate the help..
hey modak, i would start nicks if he is playing if not or your worried go alexander
If so. Who should I drop?
dont think i would drop anyone here
i Will Like to Sit AJ Green But He Will Suit Up But Not Playing that He is Not Feeling Well Right Now He Has the Stomach Flu but He As Got the Reflux in His Stomach but iDont Want Him to Play this Game this Afterrnoon Pleaase Answer.but His team Will Have to Miss AJ Green for trhis Game but i Want the Head Coach for the Bengals Will Say Something About AJ Green Please.
