NFL Draft plans?

Any big plans for the NFL draft? Do you guys go out and watch it with friends, have a draft party at home... just watch by yourself? Me, I'll be heading out to watch it with the same bunch of guys I've been watching it with for the last 20 years, all of us pretty much fans of different teams. Good times!

I usually get together with friends and guys I work with.

Do you guys have any bets you do with your buddies? I usually run a winner-take-all pool for a $10 or $20 buy-in where everyone tries to project the exact order of the top 10 draft picks. Out of a possible 100 pts, 10 pts for getting the pick exactly right, 9 if it's one pick off, 8 if it's two off, etc.... Anyway, puts a little suspense into the draft and can be fun if you run with some gamblers. It would probably be more challenging to pick the top 15 - 20 if you have a bunch of knowledgeable guys though.

usual run the wife and kids off and me and couple of buddies have a few beers and swap chit talking on our teams picks..lol good times..

WORK as usually, my friend text me entire 1st round (I must tell you this is very exited moments for me) :)

Buddy of mine has a poker tourney the weekend of the draft. Great time to talk some trash with others in my league, drink some beer and hopefully win some money. A couple trades even happen during this weekend.

Use to get together with a couple of friends to watch the excitement unfold. But since they moved the draft to Thursdays, I haven't been able to. One of the drawbacks of working a night shift. So, I will be watching the draft on my ipod touch through the watch espn app. Not the most ideal, but it's better than nothing.

Here is the OFFICIAL DC DRAFT THREAD where we will be going at it live and as it happens! Look for a grip of rookie content to roll out by the morning after.

Haha thanks guys. I got her to let me watch the Bulls/Heat game 4th quarter and OT a few weeks back. Overall she doesn't care i just think it's tacky to have her staring at Chris Berman and Mel Kiper all day. I'll probably DVR and catch updates here while she's in the bathroom/back turned/ etc

I'll hire some strippers and have them bring me beer and make me chip dip. Or I'll play poker at the local pub and watch it there. Probably playing poker. The wife won't like the stripper idea. Or maybe she will? I'll go ask.......

Why dont you hop in the car and come out here to Syracuse and well just tell them were playing cards [-O<...its only 30 minutes.
