  Im in a 10 team startup dynasty with .25 PPR for WR/TE.  A leaguemate just offered me Charles as he doesn't feel he will use him often and im in desperate need for RBs. What do I offer him for Charles?

  A Brown or Decker plus Pead or a pick.  Leaves you thin at WR but maybe Moss or Titus catches fire this season for you.
  
  I do like Kevin Smith this year though so I think you could get by with your RBs.  Charles would be nice though.

  You'll have to give up too much to get him. He'll want a pick. Ask yourself, "is J Charles worth a 1st round pick and one of my receivers?". If he is, do it. If not, roll with what you've got. Hillis and Ridley could be enough.

  I'd try Ridley and Young for Charles and see if it gets it done.  He has Vereen so it's worth a shot.

  I'd give A Brown and a pick for Charles if he'd take it. Not much more. Charles is a guy to buy low on right now or stay away from if you can: Problem is most owners are in hold mode unless they get a great offer.
