    That's exactly why I changed the title. If it's a joke thread everyone comments but if I ever need legit help I hear crickets on my threads. Oh well delete my forum account Smitty I am out

    Slow down and relax man.  Sometimes it just takes time for people to come across your posts to offer advise.  It appears that you made the post late last night and I didn't even have a chance to comment until I logged on this morning.  I didn't even see your post until after you changed the title and OP for whatever reason.  Why would you do that if you really wanted people to respond?  It doesn't make any sense to me bud.

    no, I believe he is pissed because he posted his original question, got no response, re-named the thread to something silly like "." and then suddenly got a ton of posts.

    He pissed that, in his view, the only time anyone posted and answered was when it was non-sense and not when he felt he needed help.



    (this is not defending the stance, just interpreting. Personally I think its petty. When someone does not answer my post I assume its because no-one has a strong feeling either way and chooses not to comment. (or has not seen it yet))

    This...sometimes I dont answer right away cause I need to think about the question some more. In this case though I never saw a question at all. By the time I logged on it was just a dot there.

    This is the # 1 reason for creating a poll, as you can have 3-4 votes with no responses...

    I sure hope he jknighton is joking, I mean everyone gives a ton of advice on here, not sure one thread not getting answered fast enough would make anyone mad enough to leave? Especially when I didn't see it until it was "." just like JR didn't... it's not like a ton of posts go unanswered around here, plus the polls is the answer to that anyway, if you need advice and are lacking text replies...

    Unfortunately, all this brought up a permission issue, I didn't realize you guys could edit your topic titles for 1 day. I had to change that, as that changes the URL, which causes page errors in google after a topic gains traction. So, good topic actually :) Sorry for that change to those that like renaming their topics :)
