Who thinks he is great value entering 2014 (any format)?

There is lots to worry about, but the risk is low at 3-4 round value.

If Baltimore can get out of that stupid zone blocking scheme then yeah!
My league is a non PPR 12 person league having a roster of 19 players each. Active roster includes 1Qb 2Rb's 3Wr's 1Te 1K 1Def. Two weeks before draft we cut the roster down to 9 keepers. My team as of now:
QB Russell Wilson, EJ Manuel, Josh Mckown
RB Lamar Miller, Shane Vereen, Zac Stacy, Cierre Wood
WR AJ Green, Julio Jones, Josh Gordon, Andre Johnson, Rueben Randle, Kenny Stills
TE Z Ertz, M. Bennett, Delanie Walker
    DEF Kansas City, Cleveland
    K Steven Hauschka

(I'm not a expert but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night!)

I think he has great value, with Kubiak coming in to run the offense that zone blocking will most likely not got away.  But, he is much more of a master at that system.  I believe the line will adjust better in year 2 of zone blocking, and Rice will learn a little bit of patience behind that line.  Add in the lingering hip injury, Rice has several things that held him back in 2013 that will likely be much better in 2014 - - - from a scheme and health perspective.

Rice has the latent, and I also believe that him taking less caries in 2014 might allowed his body a much deserved rest.  Additionally, Rice tried to bulk up by adding 10 lbs of muscle in 2013, he has already come out saying he will not do that again, and will go back to his former playing weight and regain his quickness....  SO many factors that could all lead to RIce having a typical "Rice" season, that I love him in 2014, and will be drafting him in 3rd in every league I can if he falls that far, and buying him at RB2 prices in my auction leagues as well.

I see a team that goes  one of say - McCoy, Calvin, Charles, Forte, AP, AJG in the first

DT,Gordon,  Martin, Lacy, Cobb, Antonio in second,

and Rice in 3rd as an unbelievable core.

IF things play out this year might be the year to take RB/WR either way in the first and RB in the thrid by taking the RBs that fall....  Its already a strategy I'm looking at, both in dynasty and auction leagues.   TOP RB/WR combo, and getting great value at RB2 - - just my early thoughts

I think Rice in the 3rd or 4th is a steal.  Rice still has top 5 upside IMO and those who sell low on him are gonna regret it come 2014 IMO.

Offensive scheme and injury hurt Rice in 2013.  Baltimore needs to get back to basics with their offense and use that running game to set up their passing game. They abandoned their running game to much in 2013 IMO.

They have too much faith in flacco..I would trust him at all. He's a thief!
    Bold Predictions:
Cordarelle Patterson replaces Josh Gordon in the top 5 WR group.
(Julio, Calvin, AJG, CP, and Dez)

Andre Williams proves himself to be the best RB in this class, by having the most productive rookie season of all the rbs.

I don't think his numbers this year were all on him. The team simply could not run the ball. That doesn't lift all the blame from him but a good majority of it. I think how most people feel about him right now he is a great value and buy low guy.

Yeah, I think that if it was Rice, we would have saw a difference once the just as solid as Rice (in his prime) Pierce got in there. Pierce did not better, and he could be elite IMO. My only question is will BAL change what they need to change? Rice in the 4th could be robbery, and in the 3rd is still low-risk/high-reward. Great pick this year!!! I'll be writing on it later in a bounce-back article, but wanted to toss this topic out there.

Ha well I was comparing the 2 as 2 years ago Matthews was a top 5 pick then fell to 5th ish and ended up with 1400+ 7 TDs..

Last year rice was top 5 and now this year could be 5th rd and boom

Yep, I agree. I'm just making fun of my inability (still) to trust Mathews.

I don't know about redrafts , but it dynasty startups Rice won't be going higher than the 4th. He went in the 6th round in the startup I just completed.
    2013 predictions

    -Cobb outscores Harvin in PPR
-Chris Ivory will be a top 15RB
-Kenny Britt finishes outside the top 20WRs
