I'm not sure about the rest but I'm not expecting anything from CM this year other then if Lynch is suspended. I'd like to think he starts then and if he lights it up Seattle has no issue cutting Lynch and his expensive contract next year..

That said, the games Lynch isn't suspended its all him.. Who knows, Lynch has back issues also

Ah, that makes sense. Man I just see Lynch as A Seattle hero. I can't see them ever cutting him but things like that do occur.

What do u think Michael can be purchased for right now? I have been inquiring and literally nobody has an interest in moving him. He's in a strange fantasy spot now.

Yah cutting will be tough but I think it will save $7mil which is a lot . they could restructure though..

As for getting Michael, if the owner loves him you'll have to overpay, I'm not sure what I would even sell him for. In the one league I missed out on him I just paid Spiller/Latavius for CM/1.3 but that's on a complete rebuild and 2qb league so the pick is worth a lot
    My 2013 Predictions:
    [:(] C.J. Spiller Will Be The #1RB(Jan 9th)
[XXX] Demaryius Thomas will be the #1 scoring WR!(Feb 13th)
[XXX] Trent Richardson will NOT finish as a Top 10 RB!(June 4th)
    [:(] Rob Housler will be a Top 5 TE in 2013!(July 18th)
[XXX] Josh Gordon will put up a 80/1200/10 stat line in just 14 Games!(Sept 5th)

Just to clarify the cap saving would be 5.5 in '14 or 7.5 in '15.  I'm leaning that Marshawn will not be cut or traded this off-season, although it is def a possibility (say 80/20 stays).  The 'Hawks will get some cap relief from Sidney Rice (8.5m) and possibly Zach Miller (6m), but they'll need to (re)acquire a LT and the WR corps (less Harvin) on offense alone and they plan on extending Sherman this offseason.  If they cut Rice & Miller it would leave them with 16.5m to fill the holes and sign draft picks.  If they cut Lynch it would be 22m which is about 25% of their total free money.  It has to be enticing for SEA to free up that money.

Given his cap number and having to readdress Russell Wilson contract I don't think there is any way he is back in SEA in '15.

Edit: Should add that I don't see any other significant dead money on their roster

Michael Bennett, Brent Giacomini, and Golden Tate, assuming they want to keep those guys.

Browner and Baldwin are restricted FAs as well.

I think people may be jumping on a Lynch suspension a little premature. There are plenty or reports out that say Lynch may not receive any suspension at all for this. I'd let the full process play out before we accept that Lynch will be missing time. I will go on record right now and say that Lynch will NOT be suspended.

    -Cobb outscores Harvin in PPR
-Chris Ivory will be a top 15RB
-Kenny Britt finishes outside the top 20WRs

Normally I would be too because I don't like him. Unfortunately, I own him in 1 league and need his value to rebound some to I can move him.

Well I just covered all my bases and got Lynch, Turbin and drafted Michael. I actually was after Srattle's running game more than any particular player

Lynch sees a 2-4, I agree. I do wonder what Rice will face. I have a feeling we won't learn the entire story any time soon, which is a shame, because if there is more to his story, the NFL will continue to take heat on this publicly. As @LukeB5301 said, I'm getting tired of hearing he was dragging her all around when that footage shows him just doing a horrible job carrying her. I just don't know too many guys that hit a woman then try and bring her home. I just don't buy all this for some reason.. Sorry, I know this is a Lynch thread.

Gonna have a tough time on one of my championship teams if Lynch/Rice both start the season suspended. I only have Turbin for Lynch (Michael's price is insane), and have no cuff for Rice. At least I still have Murray.....Until he pulls a hammy getting off the bus week 1.

I can't see why most in DC seem to be sleeping on Turbin.

Yawn... Go look at his stats last year and tell me what sticks out that says this is the guy!! All I see is a bunch of crappy games and a weak ypc..

If Turbine is so good and the guy, why did they draft CM in 2nd last year... That's a high pick for a backup

Personally I felt as though Seattle had the luxury to take whatever they wanted at that pick.   They didn't need a RB but they took one they liked....    Guess we'll see...    Recall that Turbin's YPC was just fine in 2012 and he looked to be a pretty good receiver out of the backfield as well.....   Yet, Seattle drafted Michael.....

We'll see what happens, but I wouldn't feel safe pushing all my chips in on Michael and ignoring Turbin.....

Say Seattle wins another championship next year.....they have to make Wilson the highest paid qb in the NFL....even without another win they have to give him top 3 money imo.  i just don't see how he settles for less than Flacco.

I actually don't think Wilson will demand that much if it will kill his team. I think he wants to win more than anything
    Bold Predictions:
Cordarelle Patterson replaces Josh Gordon in the top 5 WR group.

He does have strong character and a winning attitude, but I said the same about Brady, Rodgers and Brees lol
