Hear he could land as a jet as they have great interest!
Where would the best landing spot be for him Cleveland, NY, ?, ?
My league is a non PPR 12 person league having a roster of 19 players each. Active roster includes 1Qb 2Rb's 3Wr's 1Te 1K 1Def. Two weeks before draft we cut the roster down to 9 keepers. My team as of now:
QB Russell Wilson, EJ Manuel, Josh Mckown
RB Lamar Miller, Shane Vereen, Zac Stacy, Cierre Wood
WR AJ Green, Julio Jones, Josh Gordon, Andre Johnson, Rueben Randle, Kenny Stills
TE Z Ertz, M. Bennett, Delanie Walker
    DEF Kansas City, Cleveland
    K Steven Hauschka

Browns, Falcons, Raiders, Jets are the first teams that come to mind. And maybe Saints??

I have to say I want to own him because he's going to have a big chip on his shoulder and will run angry. That's what I want from a RB.

Couldn't that lead to the normal injury?

I've said this from the start, I DO NOT believe Tate will be signed by Cleveland. No, I don't have inside info of any kind, just going with my gut.

The team that does sign Tate will not have to waste a 2nd or 3rd pick on a decent RB. Tate is prob better than all these rookies and he has experience.

Remember to follow the money, or available money. CLE has the most, and a big need at RB. Tate would be a fantastic fit in CLE, but as @zildjian  said, ATL, OAK and NYJ are a few in need. I love the guy anywhere. While I don't want NYJ at a glance, given how they fail to produce fantasy studs, and given I don't trust Geno whatsoever, I wasn't a big fan of Ivory to begin with, so a big talent might change things for the Jets, who clearly will want to run, run, run. I'm warming up to NY believe it or not, but want CLE to be Tate's destination.

^ I know Cleveland has the $$, I just believe they won't spend it on Tate. I believe they will draft a RB at some point and possibly add a cheap RB via free agency.

I wonder if the T Rich failure has them gun shy on a rookie RB and rather go after a guy theyve seen in the NFL>

Well, your assessment is mostly true, by far... however though this gentleman played under a different regime... he along with Culpoopoo got me to the Super Bowl in my very first fantasy campaign in 2004

I acquired Tate last season due to smittys bold dynasty pradictions. I almost sent him packing for a 1.8 but decided against it.
Honestly, any place mentioned above would be a +. Just get him out from the shadows of foster and let him run run run. I do like Cleveland because they actually do have somewhat of a passing game to open things up for him.

If in the right spot, I like it, but there is a slight chance something doesn't go right situationally. Bell is the safe play, Tate is the high risk high reward. Bell has a lot of trade value right now, I bet you can get more in another deal even.

Im actually just waiting until he signs somewhere that disappoints people and emotions get into play. Most holding him assume itll be Cleveland and are valuing him highly already.
