    I live in Chicago.....this has been for sale for 3 years.  It's never going to sell lol people with money are usually smart and this piece of real estate is not a good investment.  They'll take their money out of Cook county into the suburbs.  Only potential buyers are athletes or actors.  Most actors leave Chicago, and the only athlete with the contract/endorsements to buy this is Derrick Rose lol.

    I wish Chicago would buy it and make it a museum.
