I already posted twice so sorry for posting again but I have one more - I really like Kaepernick this season. If there's noise come training camp/preseason that the niners are gonna open that offense up I really think Kaep will be a top 5 QB.

I love this guy as a perennial top 5 TE in dynasty, but I didn't mention him because I think he breaks out in 2015 when Gates is out of the picture.

    That's bold baby!!!

I really like a potential breakout WR for DAL who's name isn't TWill. He's a rookie though, so it may take another season. Devin Street!

Most talented? Wow...bold..guess that Mason pick was wasted

Usually ultra-talented backs are UDFAs....    Didn't ya know?

(Someone will throw Crowell out there, but he's a.......   special case.....)
NON-PPR, 6pt TD Pass, Return Yards Count, Start 1-3 RBs

A special case like Arian Foster? Priest Holmes?

Difference is these guys all went undrafted (along with Crowell) due to character concerns (injury factored in for Foster but he was railroaded by the TU staff) mixed in with a little lack of foresight....pretty sure Holmes won the Doak Walker award that year too (not gonna check, hope I remember correctly lol).

Those three guys went to Tennessee, Texas, Georgia respectively, powerhouses.

Cunningham went to Middle Tennessee St. and I think less exposure factored in.

Something that is really hard to factor for us fantasy folks without knowing somebody is "HOW BAD DO THEY WANT IT?"....are they going to be first in, last out, eat right, not go clubbing, not abuse drugs etc etc etc

Something I don't do enough but like to do is watch interviews when I can, watch personal workouts, try and get a feel for a player. Cunningham is one of those guys i just think has IT. The dude works VERY hard.

And that was just a couple examples of great backs, the list of studs to go undrafted is pretty long....

I guess we can sarcastically and condescendingly say that usually players drafted later turn out better too....but this slope is slippery enough as is :-)

I get a lot of your points here, and I actually share your sentiment for Cunningham. I've preached Cunningham's talent over Stacy's since last season. Opportunity is a huge factor for RBs success, possibly more so that any other position.

Yes, there have been a fair share of undrafted players that turned into studs, but the list of those undrafted players that never amounts to anything is vastly larger. The odds are against him ever becoming anything. I'm rooting for him though.

stacy was the better rb last season. he could find holes that weren't obvious to the other rams rbs, cunningham included. the only problem with stacy was that he always seemed to get nicked up during games and couldn't finish them off. now that the rams drafted grob and with saffold on the other side the bigger holes they will create may make cunningham the better rb, especially since he is now two years removed from his knee surgery. however mason muddies the water and he may be the main man by the end of the season.

The only problem with Stacy is those magic holes that only he could find only have him 3.9ypc. Maybe they weren't such good holes to begin with??
    My 2013 Predictions:
    [:(] C.J. Spiller Will Be The #1RB(Jan 9th)
[XXX] Demaryius Thomas will be the #1 scoring WR!(Feb 13th)
[XXX] Trent Richardson will NOT finish as a Top 10 RB!(June 4th)
    [:(] Rob Housler will be a Top 5 TE in 2013!(July 18th)
[XXX] Josh Gordon will put up a 80/1200/10 stat line in just 14 Games!(Sept 5th)

yeah but in the last few weeks of the season they played their nfc west defenses and with clemens at qb they went all out to stop stacy and he barely made 1 ypc in those games i think.

But Benny woulda busted 'em for TDs!!!

I truly feel the Tre Mason pick is more of an indictment of the Rams' backup RBs than on Stacy...   Seems to me if they felt that Stacy and Cunningham were interchangable (Or Cunningham was better), that they wouldn't have grabbed a RB...   Keep Richardson and use him as the 3rd down back if you insist on going some form of RBBC...

Well that isn't what they did.
