  i have these two in a 16 teamer along with mjd.. thinking of trading mendy/redman and s jax.. what would be good value either picks which are coveted in these leagues or players in return what rbs would you traget?ppr..

  I'd give around rookie pick 1.10-1.16 for Mendy/Redman

  
  

  SJax I'd probably not bother, but maybe a 2nd or 3rd (I know how important rookie picks are in 16 team leagues, it's your only way to maintain a team.

  
  

  Players, not sure you'd get much from RBs in return.  Someone might give you a Shonne Greene type...

  I would think you could pull a mid 1st for both of them. I would personally hold them over the picks.
