12 Team league, snake draft, 3 year keeper league where you can keep 3 players each year
I have pick 9 in round 1
Was offered to swap my first and 2nd round pick in exchange for the first and second overall pick from the #2 pick team
So I trade pick 9 overall and 16 overall for picks 2 and 23
thoughts?

that came out a little odd... basically we would swap 1st and 2nd round picks. he wants to move down in the first and up in the second.... do I make the move?

you looking at martin/spiller/TR and d thomas type at 2 and 23 vs a charles/mccoy and dez type depends on which side you like...that actually is decent value to move up if want one of those player. i actually like the 9 spot myself.

Its good value IMO considering you don't have to upgrade him anywhere else. Usually the person getting the highest pick has to pay and upgrade the other person in another round. However in this particular spot Id just stay where you are unless you definately have someone you want really bad at the 1.2. The first round is usually the one round Im not looking to move up in. You're going to get a stud at 1.9 anyways, and Id rather get my 2nd player at 2.4 instead of 2.11. IMO theres a dropoff that begins in the ealy to mid 2nd and alot of times youre getting a lesser assett at 2.11 as opposed to 2.4. Matter of preference though.
2013 predictions
-Cobb outscores Harvin in PPR
-Chris Ivory will be a top 15RB
-Kenny Britt finishes outside the top 20WRs

Thanks for the advice! Word on the street is that the guy with 1.01 wants to take Foster, so that would potentially leave me AP. Good chance Richardson or Charles falls to 9 in my league to.
So it would be close to trading Peterson and say Graham for T. Richardson and Julio.... I agree tough call and it comes down to preference.

in a startup hard not to take the young studs over the slightly older guys..but AP just isnt normal.that would be a hard choice for me..

welcome to the posts moonshine
this is what the trade calc comes up with:
1.02 (2) & 2.11 (23)
are better than
1.09 (9) & 2.04 (16) by 17.5 percent
Winning is habit. Unfortunately, so is losing.
