  I think Michael is a great stash. He obviously won't be worth much out the gate but if you can afford to hold him than I think he's your man. If you're choosing between the two I'd go Rudolph based on your roster.

  - CJ Spiller will be the #1 RB in 2013
  - R. Cobb will finish in the top 5 WRs in 2013
  - M. Ball is the #1 RB rookie in 2013

  I've snagged Michael is a couple of drafts but only as a hold for the future - no thought about using him this year

  I guess I'm on an island here.  I don't like Michael much at all...   Its simply based on where he went, but Seattle has a solid starter and a back-up with a year in the system that I don't see giving up his job quite so easily...   In this type of situation, usually the guy needs to make a splash in a hurry or be forgotten...   I have a feeling its going to be the latter here....    JMO

  
  

  Franklin is in the best situation of those you mentioned, and the reasons have been talked about around here ad nauseum..  (Though I think Lacy is being sold way short here as well)...

  
  

  Ellington?   I like him, but don't like Mendenhall being there.   If it were any other back other than the one that Arians was overly familiar with I wouldn't worry too much about it, but Mendy is a roadblock for Ellington and Williams may have something to say about everything when all is said and done...

  Ha totally forgot lynch still faces Charges and suspension for DUI.. Definitely makes me like Michael more
