I'm not feeling you on this one. Hes finally been progressing, albeit very slowly, and I think the exact opposite. I think based on what the team has done, hes about to bust out in a big way this season. The only thing keeping me even slightly reserved is waiting to see how he handles himself with regards to team activities during this off-season. that will go a long way to showing us if he has mentally matured yet.
I think he IS that tallented and its all been a "head case" and offense problem up till now. You'll be amazed how Winning can turn a guys attitude around.
In response to the previous comment regarding his value:
He'll cost you the equivelent of a WR3 (when you can find a seller)
He'll give you mid to high WR2 production this year (my prediction anyway)
He has upside of low to mid WR1 long term. (with the right QB and attitude I do believe he has high end WR1 tallent but do think he may never realize his full potential.)

JR's original question was "bust based on the hype coming into the NFL" in that regards he has not lived up to it to this point imo.
