  Saw on a rotoworld blurb that its been reported that he MIGHT become the primary weapon for the niners again. Anyone buying that kaep can bring him back to his '09 and '10 numbers?

  well, while crabtree is absent, the 9ers would be stupid not to feature davis as he is easily their best player in the passing game right now.  so conventional wisdom suggests that davis will have a plus year.

  Most definitely!!!  I'm all over Davis this year.  IMO, by years end Graham/Witten/Davis will end 2013 season as the top 3 TE's.  Obviously that depends on Gronks health, otherwise he will be top 2 or 3.

  Davis was one of the biggest reasons the 49ers got to the super bowl. Why wouldn't he be the guy

  Yeah he seems to be forgotten in the offense sometimes or used as a decoy, you would think this would change with no crabs though. Unless another receiver like Jenkins really steps it up, Davis has got to be the one to lead them in targets.

  Kaepernick completed just 27 passes to Davis in 10 games last season. So how is Davis going to be that main target for Kaepernick because Crabtree is not there? Won't he be in single coverage anymore if that is the case.

  My league is a non PPR 12 person league having a roster of 19 players each. Active roster includes 1Qb 2Rb's 3Wr's 1Te 1K 1Def. Two weeks before draft we cut the roster down to 9 keepers. My team as of now:

  I am not a fan of vd but if he returns too old glory a huge win here but rudolph is no slouch..
