  I know me and junkie both liked this kid.. But concussions got the best of him
  
  #AzCardinals place WR Ryan Swope on reserve-retired list. Not a shock, but tough way for his brief Cards career to end.

  He was a combine freak but concussions were always a worry, why he slipped in the draft.

  I loved the way he played football in college. He just left to much on the field.

  I told junkies of this early in a previous draft. this kids career would never take flight. You don't just shake off a concussion. It ends careers, period. Collie can't buy his way back in the league. Swope would have been no different. This might have actually saved his life.

  Collie is trying his hardest to get back though. I saw somewhere he is willing to sign off on any injuries that might occur so the team won't be held liable.
