Hey Guys. It is a PPR, 4 Keeper, Auction league. Draft starts $200. I have Alfred Morris to keep at $3 and I was offered the trade of Adrian Peterson for $28. Next year $4 gets added to any keeper so Morris would be kept for $7 and AP for $32. I want to do the trade, but I think about keeping Morris for like 5 years cheap! What should I do guys?
My other keepers are:
Marshall $16
Forte $37 (not sure if I should keep him)
Morris $3 (unless I trade hime)
not sure about 3rd keeper
I need to either make the trade or decline today.

What do you have to trade to get AP and do you want to win this year or rebuild at a lower cost in players? When you draft how many guys can be on your roster?
My league is a non PPR 12 person league having a roster of 19 players each. Active roster includes 1Qb 2Rb's 3Wr's 1Te 1K 1Def. Two weeks before draft we cut the roster down to 9 keepers. My team as of now:
QB Russell Wilson, EJ Manuel, Jason Campbell
RB Lamar Miller, Shane Vereen, Zac Stacy, Knowshon Moreno
WR AJ Green, Julio Jones, Josh Gordon, Rueben Randle, Robert Woods, Kenny Stills
TE J Reed, M. Bennett
DEF Kansas City
K Adam Vinatieri

Swampies,
I only have to trade Alfred Morris for $3 to get Adrian Peterson for $28. I always want to win now. I want to win this year and next year and the year after. My Roster can be standard sized 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 QB, 1 Flex, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 IDP, 1 Def, and standard bench. No limit on amount of player position.

There's no way you get Morris in an open auction for $3. That is hard to beat. However, AP for $32 is a bargain as well. I normally play in $1000 budget auctions and the top 5 RB's usually go between $200-$290. AP is around $160 on that scale ie BARGAIN. I do the deal.

Thanks guys. The reason I have Morris for $3 is because last year he was an unknown so got him cheap. AP also wasn't being drafted as a top back so the guy I am trading got him for $28. The top backs like Foster when for $55 to $65.

I like Morris more than most and believe he will be productive for the next couple/three years but AP for 32 bucks when Foster and the likes are going for 55 and up is a good deal. good luck
