C J Spiller to get the ball until he throws up

We all know how much I love Spiller, and the Bills.. This is music to my ears... Although I've been saying for awhile this would happen...

Bills OC Nathaniel Hackett said the team plans to give C.J. Spiller the ball "until he throws up."
"It's real simple," Hackett said when asked to comment on Spiller's expected role. "We're going to give him the ball until he throws up. So he's either got to tap out or throw up on the field. Let's just put it that way." Two weekends ago, the Bills' website suggested Spiller could touch the ball 30 times per game. Doug Marrone is a run-first coach with designs on wearing opponents down, so it certainly appears Spiller is in for a monster workload. He's locked in as a top-five fantasy back.

People view this as good new? I see it as we will run him till he gets hurt. I'm not saying he can't hold up, but a rest here and there is not a bad thing for a speed back like Spiller.

Spiller has only score <10 points ONCE when he gets at least 15 touches in a game... Averaging 18.2 Points in those games!!!

I like Spiller but there is a reason he doesn't get it 30 times a game. Tap-out is what comes to mid if they run him that much & not because he's tired.

The reason was His old coach was a worthless idiot.. Of course he's not really going to be there til he pukes.. I'm sure he'll get a breather here n there.. But the point is He's going to he the touches he deserves.... even at 20 Touches a game he'll be a RB1

If he runs it so much I wouldn't expect another season of 6+ YPC. I'm sure over time being used more will result in lesser productivity. I think there's room for him to be utilized more than Chan Gailey did, but not extreme usage.

I pray that he can handle 30 touches game....if he can play 16 games at that level Im feeling 2000 yards rushing and 500 plus yards receiving.....me feel happy

If he gets 30+ touches per game for 16 games, 3000 yards from scrimmage is a foregone conclusion with 15 TDs.

I agree, but 480+ touches is unrealistic. He'd miss half the season if he was getting 30 touches a game.

As a Spiller owner, I'd be happy with 15-20 per.

Love this.. Finally going to get the ball if only he can stay healthy... Watch out!

I see 22 carries per game with 4-5 receptions.
