+1, they are keeping Gabbert in, that right there says it all.
I think this will be the first season in which we can actually see an NFL team intentionally tanking a season. This was the Jags plan all along.

After he passes through waivers, Bucs owe him the remaining 8 million. If he signs with another team, he makes what they offer him + the 8.6 million from the Bucs
