  I've been offered Stacy for Woodhead. I have Ridley Miller Wilson SJax Jacobs Vereen as my other RBs.
  
  This is an accept right? Stacy been looking good and surely seems the back for the long haul in St Louis. Woodhead is a flex option and reasonably consistent. Do I give this up for a lead type RB in Stacy?
  
  My team is 2-5 (after this weekend) thanks in large part to my highly touted but underperforming RBs and injuries to both Vereen and Julio. My season is done. This is a 6 keeper, 2 QB PPR league.

  My league is a non PPR 12 person league having a roster of 19 players each. Active roster includes 1Qb 2Rb's 3Wr's 1Te 1K 1Def. Two weeks before draft we cut the roster down to 9 keepers. My team as of now:
  QB Russell Wilson, EJ Manuel,
  RB Lamar Miller, Shane Vereen, Zac Stacy, Knowshon Moreno
  WR AJ Green, Julio Jones, Josh Gordon, Rueben Randle, Ryan Broyles, Robert Woods, Kenny Stills
  TE J Reed, M. Bennett
  DEF Kansas City
  K Adam Vinatieri, Garrett Hartley
  
  (I'm not a expert but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night!)

  Yeah this is PPR (it's actually 0.5 PPR) but I guess the only reason to make this trade is if there is perceived keeper value in Stacy above my other RB options?

  I'd go with Stacy....   Just got a good vote of confidence from Fisher saying he sees him as a 3-down back, which is good....   IMO with your keepers, I would personally go with Stacy over all of them except Vereen at this point...   (Not going to be the consensus opinion as I'm sure some think Ridley, Miller and Wilson ALL should be kept over Stacy, but....)
