  WOW!!! Hawaii is beautiful. Was only there once (1980) and did not get to go to Maui (company trip), but, Kauai and the big Island were awesome. Hope it works out for you.

  How is your 8th grader taking it? Sorry I am being nosy but Ive been wanting to do something like this for a while but havent had the guts and I have an 8th grader and a 3rd grader. If you are going to move around you should tell your wife to work for the VA hospitals. You dont need to re-license in each state if you transfer.

  its cool I don't mind...my little one is PUMPED...my 8th grader is teenager and cause you have one know that they are nearly impossible to make happy....he is the only one of us not just pumped to go...he is slowly coming around though...but he really really hates change...that is such a hard age to parent im finding...we keep filling his head of all the year round outdoor activities and he is slowly coming around...once we get there and buy son and dad surfboards and spend every minute of spare time at the beach he should come around...WAY to many half naked women on the beach for him to be unhappy...lol

  I was one that advised CC to bench AP over Lynch and I did not read this thread as throwing me under a bus.  Nor would I care if you did as I had my opinion and I will stand by it.  No worries CC.  JR, sorry to hear about your pops.  Hope all is well.

  Yup. I had already made the decision to bench AP. I was just looking for validation that I was not crazy to do so. But, as it turns out, much to my dismay, Lynch was the player I should have benched

  Being in this situation makes me feel MUCH better actually. If I lose because my team was outperformed, then no big deal. Everybody loses games. It's the games where making these types of incorrect decisions actually cost you the win that drives me insane. Incredible teams have been on the outside looking in come playoff team because of a couple wrong start-sit decisions along the way.

  I'm also one that said go ahead - after seeing AP run the week before he did not look good (still didn't look 100% this week) so saw the three as lateral plays - oh well sorry CC - guess who didn't start Marvin Jones in 2 leagues this week  - yep this guy

  Crappy luck CC...I hate it too sometimes.  Rams should have won that game last night. Seahawks were terrible.  Golden Tate was embarassing with his taunting.  I can't stand that in football...act like Calvin, or Fitz!

  FFH -  Geez man...ballsy for sure...fantastic island and hope it works out well for you and the family.  On the bright side of things you don't have to be up until midnight (eastern time) to see Thurs/Sun and Monday night football.  Although it might be hard to watch with a 3:30 in the afternoon start time......now that's weird.

  Nobody ever sits on their death bed and wishes they worked more or made more money or saved more.  This will be an excellent family bonding experience at worst.  It will probably teach your kids an important life lesson as well.  Good luck!

  Yeah, I was one of the ones who recommended that Chuckey sit AP and he has every right to vent.  Having said that, nobody saw Lynch crapping the bed vs. the Rams.  It happens, part of of the ups and downs that go with playing FF.
