Lets assume Moreno leaves and Tate signs with the Browns. Who do you like in ppr dynasty?

Ball - week long and twice on Sundays. Tate is older and I believe a product if the Houston scheme.

This. I'm not a fan of Tate. I think he's largely a product of the system in HOU. Tate's also a guy who has never played an entire season in his career, despite getting COP carries for the majority of it.
    2014 predictions

(3/16) Toby Gerhart will have 1400 total yards and 8TDs
(3/16) Cobb will outscore Allen in PPR

This makes zero sense.  You like the 2nd HB on a team that has proven time and time again that they will give Moreno the ball at will?  How quickly do we forget that Tate is 1 year removed from being the best backup in the league and a starter on the majority of other teams.  Now, after an injury riddled season- of which he playef 60% of the games with broken ribs-  he's all of a sudden just a "product of the Houston system".  Give me a break.  If Tate goes to a different team and is the unquestioned starter, he has top 10 potential.  Maybe you just need to see Tate's name as #3 on Smitty's upside board for you guys to give it a 2nd thought.  I'd be shocked, yes shocked, that Smitty doesn't list Tate as a top 5 upside board player (if not the #1) contingent on him getting a starting gig.

Defiant, Tate is a beast of an athlete who given the opportunity and if healthy has the skill set to instantly go Lynch status, risky? Yes, Worth a shot? I say yes! Houston doesn't have a QB, easy to stop the run when you can't throw - Tate signs with a team that has balance, watch out!

How did Tate do this year after Foster was hurt? Ball seems to have earned plenty of trust in his rookie year and I expect him to earn more next year. I have seen plenty of Tate in a very good system and I am not impressed. Give me Ball

Your comment wasn't Ball vs. Tate.  It was Ball (even if Moreno stays) vs. Tate.  If Moreno stays and Tate gets a starting gig, then I'll make a thousand dollar bet with you that Tate outproduces Ball.

I got both in an auction/keeper league, and will consider either/both as keepers for 2014 (got both for cheap).  SItuation means a lot for me, I think that IF your scenario happens, I'd be inclined to keep both, but WAY more excited for Ball....
