    d league no ppr trade.  

    Got offered Ponder, Leshure, and a 2013 first for Matty Ice.  Thoughts?

    I also have Cam at qb and start 1.  I start 2 rbs and have CJ3 and Javid Best basically, nothing else.  

    Thoughts?
    2013 Predictions:
    -Jay Cutler will not be a starting QB in the NFL after 2013
    -Matt Forte will have the best season of his career in 2013
    -Trent Richardson will exceed 18 total tds in 2013

    If something happens to Cam, you can probably win your league with Matt Ryan and the waiver wire, can you win it with Christian Ponder?

    I don't really like the deal. I think Ryan is going to have a real nice year. I'd want something of more significance for Ryan.

    The first is recycled from one of the top 3 teams in the league IMO.

    Not likely competitive this year...but also not looking to give away value for free either.

    I think its a fair offer for your QB2. Can you replace Ponder with something better?

    I'd pass.  I'd rather have Ryan as my backup QB than Ponder and Leshoure combined.  That 2013 1st doesn't help you this year so I would wait and see how Leshoure does in Detroit and then revisit this offer if you are sold on him for the future.

    Thanks guys i'm still mulling just for the fact i'm not as high on ryan as most here are and my team is weak imo i have other needs to fill.  Its a 10 team league so backup abs don't have much value.  

    Does it work any better if i get 2.4 this year in addition to all that in return?

    That wouldn't matter to me. I feel your giving the best player in the deal. If Cam were to get hurt, you have a lot better chance of winning with Ryan than the other guys in the deal.

    I'd keep Ryan as well. At worst he stays the same but he could explode with Julio and Roddy.

    hey fontaine why not try and just get leshoure as a handcuff to best? leave matty out of the deal?

    consensus seems to be to leave Ice out of the deal.  I'm going to explore expanding this trade to maybe get another few pieces or a wr upgrade involved.  Otherwise, i can stay put
