Me too problem is, lynch is no young buck himself.. What's he got, 1.. Maybe 2 more good years... Does that really help me long term?

I think the answer to this is to look at all your dynasty teams and see what percentage of players you actually keep more than 2 years lol. I just looked at 2 of my deep dynasty leagues and combined i only have 5 players who i've owned going on 3 years or more (Brees, Cam, Calvin, Green, Forte). I tend to trade alot anyway, i feel you do too.
Rbs are much harder to replace than WRs. I'll easily take a 300 carry rb for 2 years over a 100 catch WR for 4 unless there was majorly heavy flex options and only 1 required rb
