Ellington or 1.1?

love ellington but no..

Ellington intrigues me and I think he has a very positive chance to establish himself as a top 8-15 RB this year. That said, I wouldn't give up the prospects of Watkins/Evans in order to land him.

If Watkins is clear 1.1 trade 1.1 for 1.2+++ right before draft

Not to trigger a whole bunch more "no, no, no" comments ha, but what pick would everyone consider trading for Ellington 1.03 or 1.04? Later? Just curious where he is settling in market value wise.

I think this question will be settled after the draft and FA is over more than anything...to me right now there are too many variables to the pick's value and to Ellington's...and I am an Ellington supporter!

Ellington is worth the 1.6 or later for me.

This...probably more of the later picks. Very low first round...even then I'd probably rather have the pick.

So, with all that, what is the pick you'd risk now in anticipation of all that can happen? Where would you say "let's do it". Honestly, my line is around 1.04, which is probably pretty high to most, as most see tons of risk. But, I think after the first 2RBs and Watkins, I like his upside after those players. I love some other WRs, clearly by looking at my rankings, but I think I can trade back up to get one, and I usually just trade for rookie WRs later once they are more ironed out (vs drafting them), so after Watkins, and unless Cooks lands in an ideal situation or becomes everyone's favorite dark horse, I'm going for RBs at 1.02 and 1.03. Then I think Ellington makes a case to be as good as any of the remaining, and that's playing it safe. If it weren't for that AZ RB coaching trend, Ellington would be gold.

I think even at a high 1.04, there is TONS of upside. Given those that have Ellington won't sell him cheaper than the 1.04-1.05 (so far from my testing of the waters), i take the risk at 1.04-1.05 value, i really do. It doens't take away his huge upside at all. 1.01 or 1.02, no chance I do that, the market demands more. Way more! It starts to become an interesting conversation, at least for now, after the more for sure rookies are gone. Will there be 3-4 for sure rookies (at least as far as we all will be able to tell)? How about just 2-3? More? Those are the fun things to predict.

i bet i value those draft picks lower then anyone on the planet...SEE all my draftcalc leagues as proof...having said that i personally would give anything better then pick 10 for him....
