I checked and k rod is avail in all 5 of my masters dynasty leagues with 18 man rosters its hard to hold but a couple deep sleepers, so now where is the spot in rookie/fa draft to grab him 2.1 or so I think mabee a little sooner on a rb weak team ...

Good question. I'm still trying to figure that out myself. He's going to be available in a lot of rookie/fa drafts. I'm not sure where I'd slot him in with this year's class of rbs. Landing spots will have a lot to do with that. At this point I'm hesitant to put a 1st rd grade on him. I'm love to land him in the late 2nd early 3rd of rookie drafts since this is a deep class overall, but I fear that's going to be wishful thinking now. I'd say early to mid 2nd right now should land him for you. Way early to tell though

I've never done a rookie draft or a split draft before so I'm not really sure. I'm thinking he falls after the main guys like Mason, Hyde, Seastrunk, maybe Sankey, Carey.

I like Robinson but there are about 15-17 rookies at the least that I'd take over him. So yeah about 2.3-2.5 If you wanna beat an owner like me (who regards him highly) to him

ingram had 53 receptions combined during his final two years on a Alabama team that was a primarily a power running team...he also can catch....its all gonna come down to how these guys are used obviously....I think whoever becomes the goal line back will be the guy to own of the two...im leaning ingram....both should see an increase it appears....im hoping ingram can get 200 carrys....30 receptions....in the ball park of 10 tds....all reasonable expectations in that offense....that would be in the 1100 total yards and 10 tds...ingram just has been criminally underused in his three years...he has shown flashes....will he put the work in?...who knows...IT ALL COMES DOWN TO COST....today it would appear more are convinced of robinson which would result in a higher price tag....ingram appears cheaper...ill take that

Khiry is such a tough runner who has the momentum. That doesn't mean Coach Payton will do what most of us would do.. Let's hope he unleashes KRobbery!

When Bill Parcells, one of the greatest coaches this sport has known, compares the 4th string RB to Curtis Martin that says something. I saw a lot of Martin as a Pats fan. The most undervalued rb ever imo, guy who had 10 straight 1000 yd seasons and ranks as the NFL's 4th all time leading rusher. Parcells loved him so much he took him from NE to NYJ with him. Parcells isn't a guy to blow smoke to Sean Payton either. He almost babysat the Saints for his buddy while he was suspended for Bountygate. I'll take the opinion of the tuna here.

Ingram may be on roster so he maybe part of the rbbc, but he's not much of a threat to Khiry imo. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if Ingram is playing in the CFL this time next year. Guy has proven to be a 100% bust and a complete product of Alabama's offense. He's massively underachieved each season including a career low 78 attempts last year. Don't let his 4.9ypc last year fool you. Looking at the fantasy season last year, he had one good game and one good game only against the horrific Dallas Defense. If you subtract that one game his 64 carries the rest of the year equal 3.7ypc.

The cost right now is about the same. I drafted Khiry after Ingram just 3 weeks ago in the DC dynasty superflex. I do expect that change and you will be able to get Ingram cheaper than Khiry if you prefer. I'll take the guy who passes the eye test, is endorsed by the tuna, and who looks like Marshawn Lynch with his built in madden esque hit stick.

One thing we know for sure is that sometimes the best guy doesnt always get the best opportunity to be successful...what we think means nothing...Sean might have the mindset that it's time to power run with Ingram....time will tell I guess....to say Ingram has been a bust just doesn't right....dude just really hasn't been given a real shot....time will tell I guess

    356 carrys...1462 yards...4.1 yards a carry....11 rushing tds

    284 carrys...1178 yards...4.1 yards a carry....11 rushing tds

the top line is mark ingram's ENTIRE career....the bottom line is eddie lacys rookie season....one is labeled a bust while another is labeled a godsend...numbers are eerily similar...one major thing is different....USAGE...they were used entirely differently...

    Hmm..great stats there
    Bold Predictions:
Cordarelle Patterson replaces Josh Gordon in the top 5 WR group.
(Julio, Calvin, AJG, CP, and Dez)

Andre Williams proves himself to be the best RB in this class, by having the most productive rookie season of all the rbs.

I see what you're trying to say, but to me those stats just tell me that Lacy accomplished more in 1 year than Ingram in 3. There's a reason why NO hasn't used him. He's not that good. Those stats are also deceiving. Lacy also caught 35 passes compared to Ingram career 24. Lacy put up those numbers in 14 games this year. Lacy had to play 8 games without Rodgers. Lacy and Ingram isn't a relevant comparison imo. One is light years better than the other.

I've already mentioned why Ingram's 2013 numbers are inflated. Here's a talent comparison on rushing alone, not receptions.

    2012ypc
    PT-4.5
    Sproles-5.1
    Ivory-5.4
    Ingram-3.9

    2011ypc
    PT-5.1
    Sproles-6.9
    Ivory-4.7
    Ingram-3.9

well...when using ingrams first two years to gage his overall value one must take into consideration how he was used....he was the short yardage rb on a nfl offense that basically used rbs in passing game more then the running game...so of course his yards per rush is gonna be low....the majority of the time he was brought in at 3rd and 1...3rd and 2....times when the entire planet knew he was getting the ball....let my also say ingram never looked comfortable his first two years....was it scheme?...was it him?...who really knows...what I do know is that starting week 10 against dallas last year it sure appeared that he started to actually start running the football...its just hard for ANY player when your head coach will have no problem running 20 straight passing plays at any given time....time will tell....with sproles gone...maybe Thomas...it sure appears the saints offense is set for major changes and one of these two will be the guy to own....which one is up for debate...

So New Orleans has had success with an air raid offense... I mean we aren't seeing a transition to a "ground and pound" here.... So what is it? More like a Green Bay and they want to find their Lacy instead of Sproles?

how much the saints really change on offense is anyones guess...but...if your the front office your aware that brees is 35 years old...he is on the tail end of a great career....he has been top 5 in passing attempts for YEARS...he threw more then 100 more passes last year then rivers...room...eli....etc....TONS of passes on a hall of fame qb...they may actually look to cut down on that and move to a more power running game....all speculation of course..

Many reports are speculating 30 carries a game this year (team carries).
