Last year you had to give up at least the 1.1 to get upside guys like Ball, Miller and Wilson. Gordon was somewhat easier to get since he had 5th-6th round value. Hilton, givens and Cook still were not easy to get. The others are slipping my mind, but the point is it wasn't super easy to get anyone at all on the upside board last year.

I have found that getting #1,#2, #4, #5 are WAY easier to get than the guys who were in those spots last year.

100% agree. I've got no 1 and no 3 in two deals... No3 is easy to get In a 2 for 1, like Cruz/No 3 for a spiller... Or Allen/no 3 for a spiller... But no3 is gonna gain ground fast!! Act now!

Well, No. 1 (not the name, the actual projection) is bold as all heck. 2, 3, 4 and 8 are crazy almost. Not sure how some are suggesting this year is any less bold than last year. That's just silly IMO. As soon as some of these posted, there were "Now that's bold" comments. And, as for No. 8, news broke today ironically on Rotoworld/ESPN talking about an ESPN prediction... for those that didn't trade in that first 12 hours the Upside Board prediction was up :) it still won't move No. 8's value so high that he won't still have monster upside, especially in redraft. If he can't be had at RB3/4/5 type value in leagues, you were never going to get him from that owner anyway. Nothing is concrete with his situation yet, if someone isn't trading him, they just liked him, just like us, and they were never sending him packing.

If you want a guy like No. 8, or No. 5, don't throw up red flags by doing 1 for 1 type offers, it just makes people go "why do you want him, what's breaking news wise on this guy?"

Smitty I think it's because we think alike and I saw this coming with your upside predictions to be honest with you. Heck we like the same shows why not the same players, right? I guess when I hear Bold I see that as a player coming out of left field to me, a guy I never thought of! I'm all on board with your upside players that's not the issue. It's that I can't make a trade to make them worth their upside in value for me is the thing.
My league is a non PPR 12 person league having a roster of 19 players each. Active roster includes 1Qb 2Rb's 3Wr's 1Te 1K 1Def. Two weeks before draft we cut the roster down to 9 keepers. My team as of now:
QB Russell Wilson, EJ Manuel, Josh Mckown
RB Lamar Miller, Shane Vereen, Zac Stacy, Cierre Wood
WR AJ Green, Julio Jones, Josh Gordon, Andre Johnson, Rueben Randle, Kenny Stills
TE Z Ertz, M. Bennett, Delanie Walker
    DEF Kansas City, Cleveland
    K Steven Hauschka

(I'm not a expert but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night!)

Well, you play in some strange leagues, this list is super undervalued across the board my brotha! Great trade values! I wouldn't put them on the upside board if they weren't buy lows that can win leagues what good would a list like that do, where the values were not low? The ADPs are all in the write ups. No 1 is a 4th to 5th adp in redraft and a 3-4 in dynasty... My prediction says he is going to be top 1-2 at his position... Not attainable via trade and not bold?! No 3 is EASIlY attainable at 3-5 round dynasty value... No 5 is laughingly easy to get as a wr4... So not in agreement here, buddy. At all. The entire point of the Board is to call out great values. I love ya, anyway. ;)

Not every owner trades his players, that's always going to be an issue in every league. I hate seeing certain players on certain owner's teams lol... It makes them impossible to get!

The problem with number 3 is he's been in a roster for 1-2 years or more already or traded to a believer so now at the eve of his freedom its can overbuy IMO ... I've offered dynasty 3-5 types and been laughed at and a first plus a decent wr and same, I think it's a 2:2 that Dan land him as u said ....

Does anyone see something on my roster in sig who I cud try and offer for 3? I was hit up for bell earlier for 3 and a pick. I like 3 a lot but don't wan to overpay...what wud work?

Honestly, and I say this with the caveats, I can see myself liking NO. 3 more than Bell when all is said and done... however, the caveats are that that's if all goes well, and that means the risk sits with No. 3 if we're talking straight up. Now, trade markets demand you get a ton more, and you'd be crazy not to take advantage of that (and not do a deal otherwise, as you have to get way more back)... so, looking at your roster:

I can't see how you upgrade it :) Now, in this 3 man league you play in, is your dad in your division? :)

The only thing I see you doing is getting a high, high draft pick in the swap. That or this other owner has one of Luck, Rodgers or Foles and you swap passers? I just don't see how you upgrade here. Another though, given your depth, you ever thought about driving the nail in everyone's 2014-only coffins right out of the gate? Like, go get Peyton Manning and something using Bell? You have the depth for it, and it is a "win a championship" move.

I actually had Charles too and bc of his salary although some didnt like the move i got the 1.01....I did it bc I want Watkins and need wr...foles owner will not trade at all...he offered me number 3 and his first round rookie at 1.07 but that's his pick bc I beat him in championship and we had late first round picks...8 team league...22 man rosters and idp but owners are stingy. I also have Calvin but am dropping him bc of salary. He will be free agent to bid on..guy I traded Charles to has Rodgers who is also expensive and might have to drop him now...it may be a small league but I'm ahead of the curve and realize who is good and who isn't where dc has helped me a lot. For example josh Gordon was my last pick in our draft and I had the last pick bc I got outbid on Lamar miller for 12 bucks..last yr I paid 10 bucks for McCoy where miller was overpaid at 12...so bell for 1.7 and number 3 is not enough..he also has 1.08 and said no he's not giving 3 for one but he really doesn't like my roster...people value some players differently.

Cobb is worth bell straight up
    Bold Predictions:
Cordarelle Patterson replaces Josh Gordon in the top 5 WR group.
(Julio, Calvin, AJG, CP, and Dez)

Andre Williams proves himself to be the best RB in this class, by having the most productive rookie season of all the rbs.
