NFL Draft: Drafted RBs (after landing spots)
  • TheHuddleTheHuddle May 9
    Posts: 1,793

I highly doubt if Yeldon goes top 10.  He may not start for Alabama next year.  Derrick Henry may be running the show there.  Yeldon had some fumble issues last year & Henry is the real deal.

Tonight the draft will be huge for rb & landing spots.

many doubted Lacy last year & he won rookie of the year.  I see some rb's jumping into playing time immediately & valuable in fantasy terms.

Way too early to declare last years draft as better than this year in rb or any other position.

On talent alone, last year is better than this year.

Well see what talent translates to the NFL. How many RBs from last year did you think were more talented than Lacy?

Just because Lacy had a nice rookie year doesn't mean I think Ball, Bell and Gio are less talented then him.

So I guess talent alone doesnt always translate to production at the RB position in the NFL today.

Next year there will be two top 10 RB's in Gurley and Yeldon

Theres is no way 2 RBs get drafted in the top 10. I doubt either goes in the top 10. We will at least have a RB or 2 go in the 1st round though.

3 RB's will be drafted in rd 1 in 2015... Gurley, Yeldon and Gordon.

Yeldon is not a top 10 pick.
NON-PPR, 6pt TD Pass, Return Yards Count, Start 1-3 RBs
QB - Brees, RG III, Cousins
    RB - L Bell, Z Stacy, A Brown
WR - Marshall, J Nelson, Jeffrey, R Cooper, Hopkins, Harvin, D Rogers, G Whalen
    TE - J Cook, K Rudolph
    K - Bailey, Dawson
    D - Seattle, NY Jets

Does Hyde to San Fran mean they don't like Lattimore progress?

Hyde to SF... wow. Looks like Lattimore is coming of the Gem Upside Section. I love the options for SF, amazing football move, horrible football move if you own Lattimore.

I don't think Hill to CIN affects Gio at all. Hill will be replacing Lawfirm. This kills Hill's value though IMO. I think he's a 3rd round handcuff pick for Gio owners now.
    2014 predictions

(3/16) Toby Gerhart will have 1400 total yards and 8TDs
(3/16) Cobb will outscore Allen in PPR

Sims to TB. Not good for him.

I think Sankey is rising up the boards, if for no other reason, just because all of the other RBs have landed in crowded situations.
