    Ngata was only signed a year ago because Lewis wanted him signed. I don't think he'll be a Raven next year.

    Nfl discussing a new rules in which if you use the n word, it's a 15 yard penalty

    Meanwhile in good ole hockey you can literally punch the crap out of each others faces and only take a 5 minute break.

    I'm not a fan of this rule.. Of course I'm a fan of players not using the word but I'm really sick of these non football things affecting the game itself(IE celebrations).. Fine the guy, stop letting this crap change the game. 
    My 2013 Predictions:

    I agree. Penalties are freaking ridiculous. If my team got a penalty late in the game for saying a word I would FLIP. I also think it's very interesting how much more offensive that word is to older people than my generation. Kids my age use that word as slang for bro or dude. It's just not offensive to them.

    imagine if the NFL use that same penalty as hockey does in keeping one guy out for a few plays instead penalizing in yards? Now that would change the game completely!
    My league is a non PPR 12 person league having a roster of 19 players each. Active roster includes 1Qb 2Rb's 3Wr's 1Te 1K 1Def. Two weeks before draft we cut the roster down to 9 keepers. My team as of now:
    QB Russell Wilson, EJ Manuel, Josh Mckown
    RB Lamar Miller, Shane Vereen, Zac Stacy, Cierre Wood
    WR AJ Green, Julio Jones, Josh Gordon, Andre Johnson, Rueben Randle, Kenny Stills
    TE Z Ertz, M. Bennett, Delanie Walker
    DEF Kansas City, Cleveland
    K Steven Hauschka

    (I'm not a expert but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night!)

    This is what I was thinking too. So if the Jets get Watkins does Evans become the #1 WR to get in a rookie draft? How much does it hurt a players value to be on the Jets right now?
    QB - RG3,Cutler, Osweiler, Keenum
    RB - McCoy, LeVeon Bell, Moreno, Lamar Miller, Bryce Brown, K Hunter, Denard

    I'm one of the few here but I don't see landing spot killing Watkins.. Sure Jets would suck, but remember almost all of his recs were screens were he personally broke them free for big gains.. I'm pretty sure Geno can throw it 5 yards, but you never know lol.

    Besides I don't see Watkins falling that far so were OK.

    I'd still take Watkins as #1 if he went to the jets. If I become convinced that Evans is a better talent then I will take him. But right now I don't see it

    We should start pairing up WR with QB as how their value together would make them together go up or down on where they could land!
    Example if Watkins landed in St Louis how does his value with Bradford compare Watkins landing in Oakland - ect.

    I see no possible humanly way that Watkins falls past STL at 13.  I'd be shocked if he wasnt a top 7 pick.  I do think someone could trade up for him.  Jets are in too bad of shape to pull that off imo.
