Don't let the same thing happen here. It's Upside Boarding here, not "he's a lock to be a top 10 overall player". Could he be? Sure, but no one should spend anything over 3rd round value, and I recommend as late as possible in that 3rd. @Go With What You Got!!!! 3.2 should be fine, you can still do well from that draft slot, but that's about the end of the road (For now) for being able to explode from his ADP... 3.2 still leaves some nice room to over-perform... 2nd round would not.
